Several people from Grace Chapel work together with others in the community to help those in need in our city.

Come join the team this week and serve others.

There are several different ways to get involved:

   Make & deliver a casserole.

Come early to setup and stay to cleanup

   Help serve the meals.

Schedule:

3:15   Volunteers can arrive and Set-up and prepare snacks.

4:00   The doors are opened and the guests arrive.

4:45   Newcomers orientation for those helping for the first time.

     4:45   Hot meals start arriving

5:00  "Grace" is said and the meal is served.

       6:00    Clean up.

This activity is for people who are 16 years and older. Younger children may come if they are accompanied by one of their parents.

Please remember to dress modestly.

We will be providing 17 casseroles. You can pick up a pan outside of the church office, and sign your name on the list.

Cook the casserole and deliver it hot to Saint Andrew's United Church for 4:45 PM.

We want to make sure that we will have all 17 casseroles accounted for.

At the end of the evening several people from Grace Chapel may go to the Tim Horton's on Quinpool and Beech to have some time together.
