Men of Grace,

Our next MeetUp event is scheduled for Sunday, December 10th at Grace Chapel beginning at 3p.

We are looking for volunteers to bring Christmas goodies for our MeetUp enjoyment with all extra treats packaged and sent to a Long Term Care facility in our community. You can show off your wife's great baking, bake something yourself, or find something tasty to share at the local grocery store. Something that will keep for a while is preferred, like cookies or squares.

We will  begin with Hot Topics - discussion on topics that interest men. Last time we discussed home tips for winterization. This meetup is our Technology Edition. Have you installed smart devices in your home? Energy or battery technology? What new applications do you use on the web? What new gadgets do you think others would be interested in? Come prepared to show and tell!

We will then turn our attention to a Hot Topic in Discerning Will. This is a Round Table discussion on challenging topics in Scripture or in the world. What does the Bible say? Is/It Written is interactive and insightful. You are sure to enjoy and learn as we test and approve God's good, pleasing and perfect will.

Our (optional) activity this month is to participate in a real DownEast Canadian cultural event. We are going to a Halifax Mooseheads hockey game! and are planning to grab a quick meal at the famous Pizza Corner just down the street from the Metro Centre. If you haven't tried either, it will be an adventure!

We will driveshare to and from Grace Chapel, meeting at Pizza Corner at 5:30p and returning to Grace Chapel after the game. Game starts at 7:00p. You can come to one or both events.

Pricing for the game is:

Adult      $18
Senior    $15

and this price includes GST and fees - assuming we reach a minimum group of 10 men.
This does not include the meal at Pizza Corner.

Cut off time for discount tickets is Wednesday, Dec 7th @ 5:00p which will include payment (eTransfer preferred).
